puttoo is not only a form builder. With it's role based user management it lays the foundation for a complete workflow environment.

When you register a new puttoo account, you create a site.

This puttoo site acts as the workflow environment for managing all aspects of the data collection process around your web forms.

Users can be added, removed and modified at any time and can be assigned one of the following roles:

  • Site owner - manages the site and it's users
  • Administrators - create and manage forms, queries and notifications for all users
  • Users - process the data you collect through your forms and are able to create convenience tools like saved queries and notifications for themselves
